I found them all around my house, garden, you just need to look closer and then you will definitely find some.
Whoa! Amazing photos! I definitely prefer the monarch butterfly larvae, but the hairy caterpillar has got them all beat for showy color!
Some beafutiful some ugly, but all of them are voracious feeder, so have to monitor their activities.
We must remember how important caterpillars are to birds, esp. during nesting season. It is good to have a few host plants available just for their munching. 🙂
Without those ugly caterpillars, we couldn’t see beautiful butterflies 🙂
